Warm Veggie and Pasta Salad
- 1 cup uncooked penne pasta
- 1/2 small rutabaga, cut in thick sticks
- 2 carrots, cut in coins Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- 1 cup broccoli, florets
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 cup cubed Cracker Barrel Cheddar Cheese
- 1/2 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Three Cheese Ranch Dressing
- 1 Boston lettuce, washed and torn
- 2 carrots, cut in coins Target 2 lb For $3.00 thru 02/06
- COOK pasta in boiling water until almost done; 5 minutes before end of cooking add rutabaga, carrots and broccoli.
- Cook until tender; drain.
- TOSS with remaining ingredients, except lettuce.
- LINE 4 large plates with lettuce; arrange salad.
- Serve warm
