Warm Veggie and Pasta Salad

  1. COOK pasta in boiling water until almost done; 5 minutes before end of cooking add rutabaga, carrots and broccoli.
  2. Cook until tender; drain.
  3. TOSS with remaining ingredients, except lettuce.
  4. LINE 4 large plates with lettuce; arrange salad.
  5. Serve warm
