Healthy Banana Oatmeal Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a small bowl, mix flours, baking powder, baking soda, salt and ground flaxseeds.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In a large bowl, mix: egg, oil, oats and honey and/or maple syrup.
  5. Gradually add the flour to the egg mixture, alternating with the milk.
  6. Add the mashed bananas.
  7. Pour into greased muffin tin.
  8. Bake for 20 minutes (let stand 2 minutes).
