Beef Corn Chowder Recipe

  1. In skillet, brown beef and onion; drain.
  2. Transfer to crockery cooker.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese.
  4. Cover; cook on high-heat setting for 3-4 hrs.
  5. Stir before serving.
  6. Pass cheese to sprinkle atop.
  7. Serves 6-8.
