Bonco Fruit Salad Recipe

  1. Drain chunk pineapple and orange segments, reserving liquid in small bowl.
  2. In large bowl, combine fruits.
  3. Sprinkle pudding mix into reserved liquid; mix till combined and slightly thickened.
  4. Fold into fruit mix, till well combined.
  5. You may garnish with pecans or possibly coconut.
  6. This salad keeps well and may be made a day or possibly two ahead.
