Strawberry Tiramisu Bites by Paula Deen

  1. Place about 1/2 teaspoons strawberry preserves in bottom of each tart shell; set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, bombine mascarpone cheese, Limoncello or lemonade and lemon juice.
  3. Beat at medium speed with an electric mexier until creamy.
  4. In a medium bowl combine cream, sugar and lemon extract.
  5. Beat at medium-high with an electric mixer until medium peaks form.
  6. Fold into mascarpone mixture, stirring until combined.
  7. Spoon about 1 tablespoon mascarpone mixture into each tart shell.
  8. To each with a strawberry half.
