Shish Kabob Marinate Recipe

• 3 c. orange juice
• 2 tbsp. dry oregano leaves
• 1 tbsp. chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 c. minced onion
• 2 tbsp. coarse grnd pepper
• 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer

1. Marinate meat for kabobs several hrs or possibly overnight.
2. Use excess to baste kabobs while grilling or possibly broiling.
3. Good on all meat and seafood.
