Garlic Knots
- pizza dough
- 12 cup liquid margarine
- 5 minced garlic cloves
- Roll the pizza dough into a rectangle.
- Cut the dough into strips about 1/2 inch wide.
- Form the dough into a knot
- In a bowl, mix the liquid margarine and garlic.
- Brush the knots with the margarine/garlic mixture.
- Bake at 450 for 10 minutes
- Brush with another coat of the margarine/garlic mixture before serving.
