Butterscotch Sauce

  1. Add brown sugar, butter, cream and vanilla extract under medium heat till they are well combined.
  2. Bring the mixture to boil on high heat and then change the heat back to low allowing it to simmer till consistency is thick.
  3. Remove once you've attained the required consistency and allow it to cool to room temperature for serving.
