Meatloaf For Two Recipe

• 1 pound hamburger
• 1 c. Stove Top Stuffing
• 1/4 c. catsup
• 1 egg
• 1 sm. onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 2 tbsp. catsup
• 2 tbsp. brown sugar

1. Mix all ingredients well, put in two bread pans.
2. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
3. Mix catsup and brown sugar.
4. Spread on top of cooked meatloaf and bake an additional 15 min.
