- 2 1/2 ounces Beefeater 24 gin
- 1/2 ounce Luxardo maraschino liqueur
- 3/4 ounce Dolin Blanc vermouth
- 1/4 ounce Absinthe Bitters (page 161)
- 1 lemon twist, for garnish
- Pour all the liquid ingredients into a mixing glass.
- Add large cold ice cubes and stir for 40 revolutions.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with the lemon twist.
- Dominant Flavors: juniper, anise, maraschino
- Body: silken texture created by the combination of blanc vermouth and maraschino
- Dryness: medium
