anchote hoisin chicken
- 8 chicken thighs skin on bone in
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp granulated garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp anchote paste dissolved in warm water
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- in a pan that has a lid with good fit heat pan add oil add chicken skin side down with half the spices sprinkle on chicken cover 5 minute turn chicken over add reast of spices
- every 5 minutes turn on third turn add anchote water 5 minutes turn add hoisin
- cook covered 20 minutes medium high heat covered
- remove chicken reserve whats in pan
chicken, ground black pepper, salt, garlic, onion, water, hoisin sauce, olive oil
