Albondigas - Spicy Meatballs

  1. For meatballs, combine the first 8 ingredients, and form into balls about the size of large marbles.
  2. In a blender, combine the next 9 ingredients for the sauce.
  3. Pour into a dutch oven and bring to a boil.
  4. Drop meatballs into boiling sauce.
  5. Reduce heat and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  6. Serve hot in a chafing dish, covered with the sauce.
