Fish Fillet & Chessy Rice
- 2 cup water
- 2 cup , uncooked MINUTE Premium White Rice
- 3 piece/slice KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
- 16 ounce frozen fishfillet, not breaded
- 2 cup frozen cut green beans
- 2 teaspoon trans fat free canola soft margarine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 4 peach
- 4 tablespoon PLANTERS Walnuts
- Bring water to boil in small saucepan.
- Stir in rice; return to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 5 minutes.
- Stir in 2% Milk Singles; cover.
- Remove from heat.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Heat fish fillet and green beans as directed on package.
- Top green beans with margarine, lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
- Stir rice until well blended just before serving.
- Serve each person a pear, cut in half and topped with 3/4 tablespoon of walnuts.
