Fish Fillet & Chessy Rice

  1. Bring water to boil in small saucepan.
  2. Stir in rice; return to boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  4. Simmer 5 minutes.
  5. Stir in 2% Milk Singles; cover.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes.
  8. Heat fish fillet and green beans as directed on package.
  9. Top green beans with margarine, lemon juice and black pepper to taste.
  10. Stir rice until well blended just before serving.
  11. Serve each person a pear, cut in half and topped with 3/4 tablespoon of walnuts.
