Wet Burritos Recipe
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 pkg. El Paso taco seasoning
- 1 can El Paso refried beans
- 1 onion, minced
- 1/4 c. green pepper, minced
- 2 3/4 ounce. pkg. brown gravy mix
- 1 pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese, 8 ounce.
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese, 8 ounce.
- 1 pkg. flat tortilla shells
- Brown hamburger.
- Add in 1/2 of the minced onion (set other 1/2 aside).
- Add in green pepper (drain grease).
- Add in taco seasoning and refried beans (mix well).
- Let simmer 5 min.
- Make gravy mix to directions.
- Place flat tortilla shell on plate, then add in hamburger mix on the shell.
- Fold.
- Add in gravy mix over the top then sprinkle cheeses over top.
- Microwave on high till cheese melts.
- Sprinkle remaining onion on top.
- Makes 4 large Burritos.
