Boston Lettuce With Grapes And Walnuts Recipe
- 2-4 sm. heads Boston or possibly butter lettuce, washed & torn in bite-size pcs
- 2/3 c. walnut pcs
- 1/2 c. Feta cheese, crumbled (4 ounce.)
- 1 c. seedless grapes, red or possibly white, sliced in half
- 5 tbsp. walnut oil
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar
- Salt & pepper
- In a large salad bowl toss together lettuce, walnuts, crumbled cheese and grapes.
- In a small screw top jar combine oils, vinegar and freshly grnd black pepper to taste.
- Shake well till dressing appears creamy.
- Drizzle dressing over salad and toss just before serving.
- 4-6 servings.
