Cranberry barbecue sauce

• 1 (16 ounce) can cranberry sauce (whole or jellied)
• 34 cup salsa (heat to taste)
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice

1. Puree all in a blender.
2. Use on chicken, pork or beef.
