Fish in coconut sauce
- 1 fish
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 hot pepper, chopped
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 salt to taste
- 1 cup heavy coconut milk
- 1 cooking oil
- Heat oil in a frying pan then place seasoning into pot to simmer.
- Mix coconut milk in cup then pour into pan with seasoning (onion, bell pepper etc.)
- and leave to cook for a few mins.
- Then place fish into pot, cover pot and allow to steam for 30 mins to finish.
