Chicken & Stuffing
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 - 1 1/2 lbs)
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans 98% fat-free cream of chicken soup (Campbell's)
- 2 (12 ounce) packages herb stuffing mix (Mrs. Cubbinson's)
- 1 34 cups low sodium chicken broth
- 14 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spread
- salt & pepper
- Salt & Pepper chicken.
- Place chicken in 4- to 7- quart slow cooker; pour soup over chicken.
- Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
- Arrange stuffing over chicken.
- Cover; cook on low 6-8 hours.
