Fajitas

  1. Add oil to a heavy duty pan and heat over high heat.
  2. Add onion (and jalapeno if using) and saute until onion starts to brown, about 3 minutes.
  3. Add chicken or beef, and stir so the meat is mostly on the bottom.
  4. Add seasonings and stir until chicken is cooked through, about 8 minutes.
  5. Add bell pepper and water.
  6. Cook until bell pepper is tender and a slight sauce has formed from the water cooking down, about 2-3 minutes.
  7. Serve on flour tortillas and enjoy with desired condiments!
