Basic Meatballs

  1. Preheat oven to 400F (200C)
  2. In a large bowl, beat egg with water; stir in bread crumbs, green onions, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix in beef.
  4. Form by tablespoonfuls (15 mL) into balls; arrange on baking sheets.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes or until browned and no longer pink inside.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
