Peachtree Crown Royal Cocktail

• 1 quart cold water
• 2 ounces Crown Royal whiskey
• 2 ounces (1/4 cup) peach schnapps
• Splash of cherry syrup
• 4 ice cubes
• 2 quarters of a fresh ripe Georgia peach, peeled
• 2 fresh mint leaves

1. In a cocktail shaker or a large glass, combine the Crown Royal, schnapps, and syrup.
2. Stir together.
3. Place 2 ice cubes in each cocktail glass, and pour the mixture over the ice.
4. Garnish each cocktail with a peach quarter and mint leaf.
