Smoked Salmon Sour Cream Spread

• 34 cup sour cream
• 12 cup finely diced smoked salmon
• 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
• 1 tablespoon finely diced gherkin
• 12 teaspoon coarsely chopped fresh dill
