Eggnog Fruit Dip Recipe

  1. In medium saucepan, combine eggnog and cornstarch.
  2. Cook and stir over medium heat till thick and bubbly.
  3. Cook for two or possibly three min.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and cold.
  6. Whip cream and sugar till peaks form.
  7. Fold whipped cream, lowfat sour cream and rum into cooled eggnog mix.
  8. Refrigeratefor several hrs or possibly overnight.
  9. Serve with fruit.
