Mixed Greens with Warm Pecan Dressing

  1. Remove large stems from greens.
  2. Wash and dry well.
  3. Tear into pieces and place into a bowl.
  4. In a small bowl combine the vinegar, honey and mustard.
  5. Set aside.
  6. Heat oil in a skillet, add the mustard mixture and pecans and cook, stirring regularly for 2 or 3 minutes
