Decadent Pecan Chocolate Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Place pie crust into bottom of 9" pie pan.
  3. Melt the unsweetened chocolate in microwave, stirring every 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  4. Or melt on stove top over low heat.
  5. Spread chocolate over bottom of pie crust and top with pecans.
  6. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter and eggs together until smooth.
  7. In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cocoa, salt and flour.
  8. Slowly add flour mixture to cream cheese mixture.
  9. Slowly beat in milk.
  10. Add brandy and beat on medium-high for 5 minutes.
  11. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake at 350 25 minutes or until set.
  12. Cool completely.
  13. Serve with whipped topping if desired.
