Grilled Swordfish with Skordalia
- 700 g potatoes, peeled and chopped Safeway 2 pkg For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 125 g PHILADELPHIA Spreadable Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- salt and white pepper, to taste
- 4 swordfish steaks
- olive oil spray
- Chargrilled vegetables, to serve
- STEAM or boil the potatoes until tender.
- Drain well and mash with the PHILLY, lemon juice, oil and garlic until smooth.
- Stir through the breadcrumbs and seasonings.
- Cover and keep warm.
- SPRAY the fish with oil and season.
- Chargrill for 34 minutes on each side or until just cooked.
- Place the swordfish on serving plates and serve with the skordalia and chargrilled vegetables.
- Serve immediately.
