Grilled Swordfish with Skordalia

  1. STEAM or boil the potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain well and mash with the PHILLY, lemon juice, oil and garlic until smooth.
  3. Stir through the breadcrumbs and seasonings.
  4. Cover and keep warm.
  5. SPRAY the fish with oil and season.
  6. Chargrill for 34 minutes on each side or until just cooked.
  7. Place the swordfish on serving plates and serve with the skordalia and chargrilled vegetables.
  8. Serve immediately.
