Macrobiotic? Honey & Kinako Cookies
- 210 grams Cake flour
- 110 grams Katakuriko
- 30 grams Kinako
- 110 grams Honey
- 100 grams Canola Oil
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Mix the dry ingredients into the combined ingredients from Step 1.
- Once it's crumbly like this, it's ready!
- Take some plastic wrap and roll up the dough into a shiny log.
- Let it rest as is for 30 minutes.
- Next, cut them into 5-mm wide pieces, and bake for 30 minutes at 150C.
