Macrobiotic? Honey & Kinako Cookies

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Mix the dry ingredients into the combined ingredients from Step 1.
  3. Once it's crumbly like this, it's ready!
  4. Take some plastic wrap and roll up the dough into a shiny log.
  5. Let it rest as is for 30 minutes.
  6. Next, cut them into 5-mm wide pieces, and bake for 30 minutes at 150C.
