Jason's spicy Pineapple Mango salsa

  1. Mix all of the main ingredients together.
  2. For dressing mix seperate bowl thoroughly.
  3. Add dressing to main ingredients thoroughly incorporated in mix.
  4. May not need all of dressing just to coat.
  5. Portions about 2 ounces for 5 people.
  6. Garnish with the cilantro on each.
  7. Add more Serrano or hotter peppers if you like more spicy, even heat in a pan just to warm up, if you dont like cold salsa!
  8. Try my crab cake with this!

pineapple, semi ripe mango, lemon juiced, lime juiced, green bell pepper, red onion, green onion, garlic, serrano, white wine vinegar, tabasco, mustard, cilantro
