Mistral
- 1 orange twist
- Ice
- 1/2 ounce Dubonnet blanc
- 1/2 ounce limoncello
- 1/2 ounce Galliano (Italian herbal liqueur)
- 1 1/2 ounces lemon vodka
- 2 dashes of Peychauds Bitters
- 1 lemon twist and 1 thyme sprig, for garnish
- In a pint glass, muddle the orange twist.
- Add ice and all of the remaining ingredients except the lemon twist and thyme sprig and stir well.
- Strain the drink into a chilled coupe or martini glass and garnish with the lemon twist and thyme sprig.
