robinmay's fresh salsa
- 1 to 2 serrano peppers seeded and diced
- 4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup scallions
- 1/2 tbsp cumin
- 1 salt to taste
- 2 to 2 tablesoon lime juice or vinegar (i usually add a bit more)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 2 clove garlic minced
- chop and combine all ingredients
- refrigerate for 3-4 hours
- taste and add more salt or lime juice if needed
- serve with tortilla chips, on tacos, over fish, whatever you like
