Nutritional Oatmeal

  1. Boil water, add grains and beans and bring to a boil again.
  2. Reduce heat to simmer and stir often.
  3. After about 10 minutes, remove from heat and add all other ingredients.
  4. Mix thoroughly and store in the fridge.
  5. Eat about a cup a day.
