Nutritional Oatmeal
- 2 12 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup green lentil, ground
- 7 cups water
- 12 cup flax seed meal
- 12 cup blackstrap molasses
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 35 raw almonds, ground
- 34 cup raw kale, ground
- 12 cup nutritional yeast
- 12 cup tahini
- Boil water, add grains and beans and bring to a boil again.
- Reduce heat to simmer and stir often.
- After about 10 minutes, remove from heat and add all other ingredients.
- Mix thoroughly and store in the fridge.
- Eat about a cup a day.
