Hamburger Roll Ups Recipe

  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees (moderate warm).
  2. Make Biscuit dough (see Bisquick package).
  3. Roll out 1/4 inch thick into a rectangle, 18 x 8 inches.
  4. Spread with COOLED Hamburger Filling.
  5. Roll up like jelly roll, beginning at wide side.
  6. Seal ends.
  7. Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices.
  8. Place cut-side down on greased baking sheet.
  9. Bake 15 to 20 min.
  10. Serve warm with Quick Mushroom Sauce.
  11. 6 servings.
