Hamburger Roll Ups Recipe
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 tbsp. warm fat
- 1 pound grnd round steak
- 3 tbsp. Bisquick Or possibly 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- Heat oven to 400 degrees (moderate warm).
- Make Biscuit dough (see Bisquick package).
- Roll out 1/4 inch thick into a rectangle, 18 x 8 inches.
- Spread with COOLED Hamburger Filling.
- Roll up like jelly roll, beginning at wide side.
- Seal ends.
- Cut into 1 1/2 inch slices.
- Place cut-side down on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 15 to 20 min.
- Serve warm with Quick Mushroom Sauce.
- 6 servings.
