Glorified Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Mix together flour, salt, dry mustard and garlic pwdr.
  2. Dredge pork chops in flour mix.
  3. Brown in oil in large skillet.
  4. Add in onion slices; saute/fry lightly.
  5. Add in soup and water.
  6. Cover and simmer till done, stirring occasionally, about 30 min.
