Simple Demi-glace Sauce Omurice
- 200 grams Hot cooked white rice
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Green onion (parsley)
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 tbsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Japanese Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Tonkatsu sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 dissolve in an equal amount of water Miso 1 teaspoon
- Make the butter rice.
- Combine the rice and 10 g of butter in a dish and microwave for about 2 minutes.
- Then use chopsticks to whisk well.
- Add the ingredients to the dish and mix well, then microwave for a 1-1.5 minutes.
- Add the two eggs and salt to a bowl and mix well.
- Add butter to a frying pan warmed on high heat, and add Step 3 before the butter melts.
- Use chopsticks to whisk quickly in a circular motion.
- Once the eggs are soft-set, place on top of the rice.
- Top with the demi-glace sauce, then garnish with the green onions (or parsley) and it's complete.
