Starlight Caffe

• 2 cups hot coffee (your favorite)
• 14 cup coffee liqueur
• 2 tablespoons Southern Comfort
• sugar
• 12 cup whipping cream
• grated semisweet chocolate

1. Combine coffee, coffee liqueur and Southern Comfort in medium bowl.
2. Flavor mixture with sugar to taste.
3. Divide between 2 cups.
4. Whisk whipping cream in heavy small saucepan over medium heat until hot and frothy, about 2 minutes.
5. Spoon hot cream over coffees, dividing evenly.
6. Sprinkle grated chocolate over and serve.
