Cheesy Summer Pasta

  1. Cook pasta, adding zucchini during last 2 minutes of cooking.
  2. Drain and return to saucepan.
  3. Add tomatoes, garlic, parsley and basil to pasta.
  4. Add 1 1/2 cups cheese and mix until melted.
  5. Garnish with remaining cheese.
  6. Serve immediately.
