Spooky Hot Cheese Dip
- 12 lb cheese, cut into quarters (recipe calls for Deli American, I used cheddar)
- 12 cup picante sauce (medium or hot)
- 15 ounces black beans, rinsed and drained
- 4 ounces green chilies, chopped and drained if canned
- Combine cheese, picante sauce, black beans, and green chiles in a 2-quart saucepan.
- Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips.
