Sophie's Tuna burgers

  1. Preheat oven to 180c.
  2. Blend ingredients together.
  3. I prefer to pulse it so that some of the tuna isn't completely blended, leaving a few chunkier bits.
  4. You could also add some of the tuna after blending everything else if you prefer.
  5. Shape into two patties.
  6. I made mine square, as I didn't have any buns and was using bread.
  7. Place a baking tray that you've spritzed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake for 10 mins, or until hot through and slightly crispy to the touch.
  9. Be careful not to over bake.
  10. Enjoy!

tuna, garlic, spice, lime juice, bread crumbs, sesame seeds, creme fraiche, sesame oil, salt, chili flakes
