Double Dog Dare Ya Chili-Cheese-Dog

• 4 beef hot dogs (I like Ball Park)
• 2 hoagie rolls, lightly toasted
• 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
• 2 tablespoons onions, diced finely
• 1 jalapeno, sliced thinly
• 6 tablespoons Wolf brand chili, Hot variety
• Tabasco sauce (optional)

1. Spread 1 tablespoons mustard on 1 half of hoagie roll.
2. Sprinkle with half of the onions, half of the jalapenos.
3. and place two hotdogs on top.
4. Cover with half of the
5. chili and a few drops of pepper sauce if you desire.
6. Repeat with secomd hoagie.
