BBQ Coleslaw-Bacon Cheese Burger
- BBQ Coleslaw
- 1 qt. savoy cabbage, shredded
- 1 qt. red cabbage, shredded
- 1 qt. carrots, shredded
- 2 cups OPEN PIT Original Restaurant Recipe Barbecue Sauce
- Burger Assembly
- 16 each ground beef patties (5 oz.)
- 16 each pretzel sandwich rolls, split, toasted
- 32 slices OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, cooked
- 16 each Muenster cheese slices (1 oz.)
- BBQ Coleslaw: Combine ingredients.
- Refrigerate at least 20 min.
- For each serving: Grill 1 ground beef patty to medium (160 degrees F), or desired doneness.
- Place on bottom half of roll; top with 2 bacon slices, 1 cheese slice and 3/4 cup BBQ Coleslaw.
- Cover with top of roll.
