Meg's Peach Tortellini Salad Recipe
- 12 ounce. fresh or possibly frzn tortellini, cooked, liquid removed and rinsed
- 2 fresh peaches, cut into chunks
- 1/2 c. minced parsley
- 1 c. sliced celery
- Whirl dressing ingredients in blender adding 1/2 c. oil slowly.
- Mix together pasta, peaches, parsley and celery.
- Add in dressing.
- Cold and serve.
