Ez Asian Chicken or Turkey Stir Fry

  1. Cut chicken or turkey into 1/4-inch strips.
  2. Slice bok choy,mushrooms and onions.
  3. Heat oil in wok or Dutch oven on medium-high for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add turkey.
  5. Stir fry 3-5 minutes until turkey turns white and begins to brown; remove to plate.
  6. Add vegetables to wok.
  7. Stir fry 4-5 minutes.
  8. Combine sauce ingredients.
  9. Pour over vegetables.
  10. Add turkey.
  11. Heat 2-3 minutes more stirring constantly until thickened.
  12. Serve over rice or chow mein noodles.
  13. 6 servings.
