Mexican Chicken Casserole Recipe

  1. Boil chicken; let cold and then debone.
  2. Crunch Fritos into bottom of casserole dish.
  3. Place chicken over Fritos.
  4. After soup and Rotel tomatoes are combined and heated, pour over chicken.
  5. Place casserole dish in oven uncovered for 35 to 40 min at 400 degrees, till real warm.
  6. Pull dish out, top with cheese and heat for about 10 min.
