Crunchy Kabocha Squash and Nut Salad

  1. For the nuts, use almonds or whatever you prefer (You can also just use one variety).
  2. Roast the nuts in a pan.
  3. Cut the kabocha squash into chunks, and boil.
  4. Mash to your preferred consistency.
  5. This time, I used a block of bacon.
  6. Dice and fry until crispy.
  7. Of course, you can use different kinds of bacon as well.
  8. Mix in the ingredients, nuts, and bacon, and it's done!
