Mexican Sweet Pork

  1. Place pork roast in a crock pot and cover half way up with water.
  2. Cook overnight on low.
  3. You can cut the time but it will not be as tender and soak up the sauce as well.
  4. Take pork out of crock pot and shred.
  5. Discard the water that is left and mix remaining ingredients in the crock pot.
  6. Place shredded Pork back in the crock pot with sauce.
  7. Stir to cover and cook an addition 2 hours.
  8. This also can be cut in half if you do not have the time, it just wont have as much flavor.
  9. After the two hours, serve how you wish.
  10. Our favorite way is to make lime-cilantro rice, and black beans and serve burrito style with all the toppings.
