Mexican Layer Dip
- 1 can (15 oz.) refried beans
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 packet taco meat mix
- 1 sm. onion, very finely diced
- 2 cups cheese
- 2 cups lettuce
- 1 lg. tomato, seeded and finely diced
- 1 can (4 oz.) black olives, sliced
- Mix together sour cream and taco meat mix.
- Using a large casserole or Pyrex pan, spread the can of beans over the bottom of the pan.
- Add the sour cream mixture and spread evenly.
- Then sprinkle with onion, cheese, lettuce, tomato and olives.
- Chill and serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
