Easy Cranberry-Pistachio Nougat
- 1 pkg. (250 g) Jet-Puffed Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (170 g) Baker's White Chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- Line 8-inch square pan with foil, with ends of foil extending over sides; spray with cooking spray.
- Microwave marshmallows and chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1-1/2 min.
- or until melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Stir in nuts and cranberries.
- Pour into prepared pan; smooth top.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until firm.
- Use foil handles to remove nougat from pan; peel off foil.
- Cut nougat into 2-inch squares.
