Stir Fried Vegetables

  1. Take a pan, add oil, keep it on high flame, add the cut vegetables including green chili.
  2. Saute for 2 minutes Add salt, sprinkle some water, close the lid and cook for 5 mins in simmer, saute in between, open the lid, sprinkle pepper powder, saute few seconds and serve with bread, rice or rotis.
