Low Calorie Casserole

  1. Chop cabbage and place in baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
  2. Brown meat and onion, stir in rice.
  3. Pour on top of cabbage.
  4. Mix soup and water, pour over entire casserole.
  5. Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
  6. Add more water if casserole appears dry.
