Cherry Vanilla Snowdrops

  1. Cream the butter, powdered sugar and cornstarch.
  2. Add the salt, vanilla and flour and mix to a nice dough.
  3. Fold in the cherries and nuts.
  4. Roll in 1 inch balls and bake at 350* for 8-10 minutes on parchment lined baking sheets.
  5. Roll warm cookies in powdered sugar coating well.
  6. When cool, re-roll in additional sugar.
